Nation Update: Access for all
Warren ‘Wawa’ Snipe is a rapper and he is deaf.
He was in Barbados in March, the month of the disabled, as part of the Calypso Project, which seeks to introduce music to members of the deaf community.
He sat down with The Nation’s Tre Greaves and talked about some of what he found and the areas which need to be addressed. He also issued a challenge to members of the hearing community. (Video by Reco Moore) #Barbados #BarbadosNews #YourNewsYourTimeYourWay #NationBarbados #TheSourceMatters

Teach them repentance and baptism in sign language and how to save their souls and make it into OUR HEAVENLY FATHERS KINGDOM, Keep from this wicked system, these people are scouts looking for souls, satan own rap, movie industries. Its not glamours as they show you. Tortured souls, all them in that industry. They end up on drugs, they dont live long especially these days. Keep from fame and trying to get rich, its a trap, be warned. JAMES 5 VERSE 1 to 9. 1 TIMOTHY 6 verse 10, 11

Why don't they teach it in schools as part of a course, after all it's another language;
We use jester's in some form or body language, that sign! so why not the actual signing in mainstream schools and no only special schools.
You never know; someone who has learnt the language of signing, could save a deaf person life by alerting the person of a potential danger..
Its just an idea…for some school or person to run with, in mainstream schools, it's a start.
