I am deaf and have 2 cochlear implants. I only hear with one for now. I know how you feel on what you've been through during your life being deaf. I went through the same thing. You are an amazing and strong person and you have inspired me a lot. Thank you, Jazmine! I speak with ASL, (American Sign Language) and I am loving it. 🙂 Love your videos!

It's weird that parents wouldn't learn sign language when they have a deaf child. I would do a course immediately if I would know that I have a deaf child. And I have to say I really love the pullover your mom has on 😀

I'm deaf too but my parents never learned sign language for me. I got a cochlear implant at the age of 3 and now I can hear and speak pretty good, which is confusing sometimes because I don't feel like a deaf person at all. Expect when I take my implants out at night or for showering.

I had an hearing test 50 years ago at 6 months old and wore body worn hearing aids..my children has hearing tests straightaway when they were newborn… this was over 20 years ago that they started doing hearing tests for all babies

My dad knows sign language bc his moms sister is deaf but she died so i dont so yeah im just here bc i like your vids ☺

I am deaf use hearing aid..My mum refuse me wear cochlear implants. Some my friends wear cochlear implants few year later their time not want cochlear implants anymore waste time operation. I am lucky never wear cochlear implant. Hearing aid easy wear on or off either.
One my left ear hearing aid can hear and one my right ear can't hear anything but my speak not too bad. My three children hearing use BSL for me. But they understand my speak very well. Some words is rubbish speak not 100 % perfect speak…that up to them wear hearing aid or cochlear implants no need waste time operation remember
