Hello all! I saw a lot of comments about the fact that Izuku could hear his middle school teacher, and my reasoning for it is that Izukus hearing was damaged, but it gradually got worse. So he could barely understand him (but he was also standing nearby) but still understand him π So Izuku is not technicay deaf, but hearing impaired/hard of hearing π
