I had a jpay and securus account however one name in surname was incorrect. I tried to email support to get it changed but after no reply decided to close accounts both down and start again. Now I can't link the accounts. Get error code 101 call this number. I'm in the UK so unable to do this đȘ

Do you need the same email address for JPay and securus? I had a JPay account and itâs not allowing me to use this email again.

how do you link Jpay to securus outside US etc? Im in UK and its telling me to email them or phone them for assitance in linking, however, they are not responding days later. I have attempted to contact them 3x.

How does it work when living outside the US (germany)? Jpay deleted messages and won't let me send messages to one specific inmate. + linking is difficult as no one from the support center replies

Can you transfer stamps from inmate to inmate one in county other in prison? Both michigan. County inmate getting out there are additional unused stamps that when I purchased I hit purchase but nothing came up that it went through ended up doing that 4 times, so I got screwed with all these stamps, now what can be done w them? Help.

Greetings. I am having difficulty linking my JPay to my Securus emessaging. I followed what you did at the start log into JPay, sign in and then click on email and enter through that pop up. I put in my email address and it says an account exists with this. The loved one locked up calls me through Securus so that's why I have an account set up. Also, I tried enrolling through Securus and it mentions "The service temporarily is down please try again later." What am I doing wrong?
