Im telling u dad this girl needs a tv shown shes so funny smart and everyone LOVES HER EVERYWHERE INT HOS WORLD NO MATTER WHERE U GO 4-5% of ppl are born deaf I love sing language and everyone should know it its actually pretty universal if u tey it youll see how easy it is snd how quickly you learn I loke it because u can yeach your children and soeak to them without words so they know what ur dayong and not yelling at them like aT church zip it! 😂😂
Oh I just always ask are they like partially deaf or deaf deaf and I never thought of it as being rude or weird, thanks 😂 I’ll phrase it better in the future
Deaf deaf equals that people think if a child or adult has a coclior (spelling is most likely wrong) implant and can hear something they aren't deaf. Therefore deaf deaf is a bloody insult
I'm sure you don't need me to elaborate but my brain is at the stage of being up too late where I have to. I hope it helps someone.
It is common in some places that speak English that repeating the word makes it more serious.
Usually by teens and if I recall from my childhood was a 90s teen thing.
So for example:
"I like Ryan." He's okay. "I like, like Ryan" Oh you're crushing on Ryan!
Another example is "Oh I had to go to the doctor doctor for that." likely meaning a specialist regarding a specific thing.
If the scenario is played accurately it's likely she thought maybe just hearing impared versus full deaf as you mention. It's possible that they though she had headphones in as in my experience no one knows what they look like anymore /joke
You're daughter is very funny and I like like your videos 😊🎉

I want to meet kylee! I'm an adult, but I'd love to be her friend! She seems so kind and sweet!
@gremlin_nation
I don't think people realize that the correct word when anything is complete and total….
Is profoundly.
As in, completely, probably from birth.
There are even days that i lose the word, and I grew up with both profoundly deaf and blind friends (not together in one human, different friends)
@sophiehead6158
😂😂😂😂😂😂
@divat7773
Imagine whoring out your daughter for internet likes for YouTube income. This should be illegal

Deaf deaf is someone that is not aware of their surroundings, Kayla , has more than hearing she is witty and wise.

@Kristin-e3w
Deaf-deaf! Like V V in ASL. When words are reduplicated (done twice) the meaning is intensified
@PandaSay
So cute she looks like Michelle Rodriguez
@cmalta897
I think they may have meant that they thought she could read lips and deaf deaf means she can't.
@valeries2304
How do you not know what deaf deaf is?
@intelligentbig
Cute cute😂
@jonhenning
Deaf deaf is funny😂
@TheBrowny7
Question. Why doesn't a cochlear implant help you hear? She is still deaf deaf even with the device?
@laurawallace942
Because hearing impaired people also sometimes use sign language, but they're not completely deaf. Like many things, it's also a spectrum
@JesseL67
Aww, she is so cuuute!! ❤🤩🤩🥰😘
@marikaserasini2315
Okay, the odds of this are super low. But that looks like my old middle school!!! That's not Glenridge is it?

Technically I am deaf. I can still hear, but it is difficult. Deaf deaf is the term used by people who don't know its okay to say 100% deaf🤣
