Or……you have a SNHL. Idiopathic in nature and nobody can explain why. Virus? Age? Don’t wait. See a doctor immediately if you feel this or wake up one day and notice a hearing change on one side. Steroids can help get that hearing back but only if you go right away. You wait too long it may not help. Or……a finger massage is all you need.

Made it worse. 😮

Yesterday when taking my shower, I put water in my ears and let them flow out by tilting my head like I normally do, but this time around only the water in my right ear came out instantly(didn't even need to fully tilt my head) whereas when I tilted to the left side it didn't come out at all. Tried putting in more water to kind of like flush everything out and tilted my head again but it just wouldn't come out. Worried now, I came out of the shower and started tapping my ear with my palm and plucking with my finger trying to create a vacuum and this also wasn't working, never felt my ear blocked like this my entire life. Was getting more and more worried until I tapped harder and one of the taps managed to get some water out with some relief, continued tapping hard like that and plucking with my ear getting the water out little by little until it finally felt like I got everything out, felt a little discomfort for a minute or so but then everything felt normal and I quickly forgot.
Took a shower in the night and the same issue occured again, but this time around no amount of tapping or plucking was getting it out😭. I tried most of what I saw online like placing your palm on your ear and then pulling out, rubbing the front of my ear near my jaw, pulling on my earlobes, hopping on my left leg whilst tilting towards my left ear, etc
I tried tapping harder and harder vmcus that's what worked earlier but instead my ear started ringing a bit which was annoying but I didn't tap hard enough for it to be painful cus I don't wanna mess smth up.
Decided to sleep on the side that was blocked and see if it would be better in the morning but still no luck, and this time around cus it's been 6hrs since, it feels like there's no water inside and it's just blocked.
Please what should I do it's really annoying cus now I've taken a bath this morning again using warm water that should be hot enough to dissolve any wax but also not hot enough to harm my ears. Kept my head with the water like that for 1 minutes and then tried flushing. Did that repeatedly and it's still blocked and even worse now my ear has water in it making it more annoying. Got so frustrated when it happened yesterday night, that I reluctantly(cus EVERYONE knows it's bad practice) tried twisting a tissue and then SLOWLY putting that in my ear to see if the tissue would slowly collect the water, but out of fear I never actually put the tissue deep enough for any of that(once again cus I don't wanna stick anything up my ear) and gave up shortly after. I did however notice a bit of earwax got on the tip of the tissue so I know there's wax in there but why doesn't it wanna come out😭
May or may not be related but I had a 2 flights on Friday and Saturday in the past week where I got the blocked feeling periodically which I believe is normal when in the plane(whenever it happens I blow my nose whilst holding my nose to kind of open up my ears which works every single time). This issue also started yesterday(wednesday) which is like 4 days after the last flight.
I also haven't used earbuds in over 2 years cus I use headphones instead and even at that I haven't used my headphones in like a week(didn't use them throughout the flight cus im still scared of flights and trying to distract myself on a flight instead works against me, hate that falling feeling, and haven't used them even up till now cus I just don't wanna).
Please someone help, I don't wanna lose an ear😭🙏 Id be happy to answer any questions. May go for a checkup later today if it doesn't get better. I've seen people say theyve had. Theirs blocked for like a week at a time and still got it cleared later on, but I'm too scared to leave this unchecked forthat long.
Also throughout the entire time I've had this issue I haven't felt any pain, just an annoying deafness in my left ear (tried bringing my phone speaker up to it and it felt like I was listening to music underwater through that ear).

This is the only thing that has helped me. Thank you for making this video. I have been dealing with clogged ear ever since I got covid 2 years ago. I do the first exercise a few times a day and it literally keeps my ears unclogged and my hearing back to normal.
