Would you feel weird about dating a deaf person?
While Ashley was walking down the street, a random guy in the car catcalled her. She approached him, and the man got nervous. He said he just wanted to give her a ride. Ashley smiled at him and got in. He turned to her and asked whether they should go straight to his place. But Ashley began to sign at him – she was deaf.
The man got very “disappointed” after finding this out. Still, he agreed to take her home. Yet, this brief meeting wouldn’t be the end of their story.

Great video, there are some good movies about love for a deaf person two of them are Voices – 1979 and of course Children of lesser God – 1986, there is also a mexican soap opera calls Love in Silence -1988

As a hearing person, my wife is deaf and she wear cochlear implants to hear a little bit. It took me a year to learn ASL and sign language before I asked her to marry me. I'm very thankful to be with her and she gave me our daughter this year.

I have a best friend, she’s was born deaf. And nobody wanted to be friends with her, so she felt left out. At the time we were in 1st grade, and somehow for some reason by happenstance, I knew sign language. From the moment we did our “All About Me” thing, I was like, practically her translator. So then from that moment 1st grade all the way to 7th (where I am now) we’ve practically been like brother and sister. Now, she can communicate with everyone at school, and her friend group expanded alot of people. So, being friends with someone who’s deaf isn’t weird. Like, they’re human, like us why should they be treated any different?
