The International Deaf Flag was created by the DeafBlind French Artist, Arnaud Balard (IG@arnaudbalard)
Flag Details:
๐ŸฉตTurquoise Blue: The Deaf community, Sign Language, pride, and unity.
๐Ÿ’›Yellow: The color of light, an enlightened spirit, life, and โ€œthriving in unison.โ€
๐Ÿ’™Dark Blue: Represents the earth, humanity, and living in accordance with the planet.

Fun Fact: The flag was already used by the French Association of the Deaf in 2014, but in 2023 became a worldwide symbol being officially endorsed by the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD).

Accessibility Makeup (and Reference Photos) Description:
The first two (2) reference photos pictured, Rosie, has a teal eyeshadow base, with sky blue eyeshadow blending outwards of the yellow graphic liner curves, and then dark blue dots on the sky blue pieces as well as making an eyeliner wing using three (3) of the dark blue dots, with a yellow mascara, finished with a red lip. One of the reference photos is a close up of the eye wearing the described makeup look, and the other is of Rosie smiling while showing a hand with a raised index finger and pinky (little) finger and an extended thumb, the ILY handshape known as the common sign for โ€œI love youโ€ in ASL, American Sign Language.
The next reference photos pictured is a close up on the eye makeup of Alexa Jennah. It has a yellow eyeshadow base with six (6) lines blending outward with sky blue eyeshadow in between each yellow line, forming what looks to be like the sun, with sun rays bursting through the blue sky.
The final reference photo pictured is the International Deaf Flag, created by DeafBlind French Artist, Arnaud Balard. On the flag, it features a dark blue base, with a splash of light blue from left to right, creating what looks to be a hand with fingers extended along the edges of the flag, the light blue is highlighted with curved yellow lines between each of the perceived fingers, emphasizing the shape of the hand. The flag in the picture is on a flag pole and captured blowing in the wind on top of a background of the sky.
The final makeup look at the end of the video is of Ambarcoa (Brittany), she has a light blue base, with deep blue on the curves which are outlined by a neon yellow graphic liner, as well as going into a traditional eyeliner on the outer corner and outside of the inner corner of the eye. Finished with a black mascara and light pink lip.
