You need better blade alignment with the natural motion of your body to maximize leverage and minimize resistance of the knife blade as it penetrates target. You use your arms but your body stops. Not basing females, but if you weigh say 120, than you need to put that weight into it. Also a way to maximize leverage is to hold the knife in reverse grip with the spine out. Your wrist and your forearm will have better leverage that way, and it makes sweeping the knife out of your hand more likely to slice opponents off instead. Animals pull in when they use claws, your hands and arms are more suited for climbing allowing them greater strength in a pulling attack with the knife when used this way. And allows for less lethal strikes using the handle to reinforce your fist. Using a blade in martial arts is like a dance. You can feel it when it connects. It’s very meditative and awakening. I know you made this video for your fans and it is what it is. But if you are interested, try it. I think you will like it. Metal gear solid 3 taught me allot of shit that with a little adaptation is very practical and dangerous.

COD is inspired by reality. In reality a soldier would be trained not just phisically, but much more importantly mentally. As a woman, with all respect and admiration for your body and muscles, i don't think u can stand even the weakest Special Force Soldier, and that's the n.2 difference. The n.1 difference is the mentality these men are prepared to take a life of another man. Rip them from the face of the planet. And i'm not talking about the morality of doing such things or the readiness of doing it when needed, but about the cold blood you NEED to have in those terrible occasions, hitting the hardest and fastest possible way, perfectly knowing that even the smallest mistake can kills you and not your victim. And such things are hard to train and even barely accept. Not because you are a woman, because majority of men would fail aswell.
Dont take this as a critic, i know ur video is for different and simplier purposes, i'm just pointing out u would never brake ribs with such attitude like u see in-game, but believe me well trained Soldiers can do that, they simply target even weaker points, like throat and jugular.
