Application failure. Need to restart is the error message I keep getting. JPay has not exist in customer service. I have fast Wi-Fi and a great laptop. Would you happen to know why I would receive this error?

How can I get jpay video visitation to work on my android phone

Are there any firewall or other system blocks I need to check for JPay to work on my computer? Does it work with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome? I have Windows 10.
I have checked my computers system through the JPay Video Visit page and get green and okay for all four tests. I click to join the scheduled video visit and the message says to wait on the inmate to join. My inmate gets the same message at his location. We are both joined in the video visit but it does not connect us to each other.

If you video chat using JPAY you're going to pay for crappy service at best. Most likely it will be useless.
