Hello, a little question, i sent a video to my LO and he received it within a day, he sent me a video back and it's been over a day and i haven't received it, but i have been receiving his emails, would this just be a delay, and does the notification come up in the video gram section? thank you

Please can you help me with, there was a problem with your payment etc? Am trying to send money to an inmate for the first time and I am not sure what's wrong. The card details and billing address is all correct. Do I need to confirm anything first and do you know how I do that? You can send money even if your outside US, Mexico and Canada, right? I know you can no longer send messages/emails outside those countries.
I get DM028 message popping up and I do have my phones location turned on, as apparently it needs to be on while making payments.
Also am trying to use my Debit Card (MasterCard)

My only downside is I deleted my account but I’m unsure if they will keep my card details, apparently JPay is a bit dodgy

Hi I’ve been using Jpay for about 2 weeks now, & my LO hasn’t been receiving my emails for the past 5 days I still get his emails but he can’t see mine. Jpay hasn’t denied or rejected anything do you think it’s from his end or the COs aren’t approving my emails? I emailed JPAY customer service & they have yet to get back to me. My LO doesn’t have my number nor my address. What do you think I should do? Should I make a new account on Jpay or try something else??
