#shorts I am sleepwalker Somnus Nervus and one of a lot people who have nighttime (nocturnal) panic attacks and repeated nighttime awakenings almost every night.
This videos made like diary for scientific research, educational and entertainment proposes for those who will be intrested to see their own eyes how is going sleepwalking (somnambulism) and nocturnal panic attacks during sleeptime.
Nocturnal panic attacks in my case last usually only from few seconds to a max two minutes, but it calm down do not take a lot time and I can go back to sleep after almost immediately. In spite of I have sensitive sleep, sleep disorders and always in the middle of nightmare disorder straddle a border between wakefulness and sleep, which called hypnagogia.
Sometimes accidents during parasomnia episodes can be dangerous. Once I have heart my leg during sleeprunning. But lucky me, I hope evoided sleep paralysis and insomnia.
I have noticed my causes panic attacks are stress and lack of sleep. Also not last part play genetics. Recently my father told, that his mother, my grandmother, mentioned about my dad sleepwalking sometimes at young ages. So I got it from him probaly.
Sometime before I did not realise, that I am sleepwalker. I did not belive my wife, thank her for great patience, that I destirb her every night and I have told her that it is all her dreams. Practicly she insisted to buy infrared night vision camera, and proove her words.
My wife often complains that she does not get enough sleep because she wakes up abruptly at night from my screams. When a person’s peaceful sleep is disturbed, a serious stressful effect occurs. The nervous system under the influence of regular sudden awakenings suffers and does not work properly. This sometimes leads her to insomnia, nightmares and various painful conditions.
