He never learned the value of life, nor to respect it, including his. Now, he will pay for it with his own. We are all connected. Hurting others is hurting yourself. The reverse is also true. Helping others, helps yourself. You get what you give. You reap what you sow.
It's time both parents were held accountable and not the 12 year old. They should have been around to stop the kid. They should both be in jail for life to assure they don't have another kid.
