I did everything but first name short a letter on the end won't let me change it, ? Would I have to close out account and start over ?

Are there any firewall or other system blocks I need to check for JPay to work on my computer? Does it work with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome? I have Windows 10.
I have checked my computers system through the JPay Video Visit page and get green and okay for all four tests. I click to join the scheduled video visit and the message says to wait on the inmate to join. My inmate gets the same message at his location. We are both joined in the video visit but it does not connect us to each other.
