Woman Screams for Her Life on Doorbell Camera Footage

A California man has been arrested after video surfaced of him allegedly kidnapping his estranged girlfriend and dragging her down the street by her hair. The footage, which was recorded on a neighbor’s Ring doorbell camera, was taken just before midnight Monday in the town of Arcadia. In the video, the frantic woman pounds on the neighbor’s door begging for help when a man appears and drags her by the hair. The woman screams for her life as she is taken away. #InsideEdition

homies eyes are creepy, just seem so empty and nonchalant
@LilAnnieOakley
For the ppl who say why didn't they jump in and save her, has to realize that there's a thing called nuance and trying to play hero might've caused her, her life either way, it's not that simple.
@jamespegram6260
Another illegal probably
@kammuller6620
No woman will ever fully recover from domestic violence.
@kyns2.0
Old story but some commenters assumed that the neighbor “seeing” meant “just watching”…I didn’t think of it that way—she sounded to me like she heard a commotion and opened the window just as the attack was occurring and called the police—things happen simultaneously you just do what you can?
@sanantonioroach7458
He just grabbed her hair and starts pulling her. The way he did it you know this man is used to abusing this woman. Some humans are brutal & evil but the justice system does not seem to have caught up to how to manage a lot of them.

Scary
@LisaMcGill-n1k
They'll post it to Facebook before calling 911. "Should I notify the police about this? What is the non-emergency number?"
@nicolasramos421
he will get less time then someone that tried to push cops away while the cops were beating them during an unlawful arrest
@whitefreeman5798
She will still chase the bad boys.
@Weshopwizard
WTF. The owners just watched and did nothing? Those people are HORRIBLE!!! SICKENING!
@teresasellsatl
"Robert Michael Mendez (DOB: August 26, 1992) of Arcadia, California pleaded no contest in September 2020 to a felony count of injuring a girlfriend or a child’s parent, stemming from a severe assault captured on a Ring doorbell camera in September 2019. He was sentenced to four years in California state prison for the attack, which involved dragging his girlfriend back into his home, stomping on her, and beating her."
I'm sure he had plenty of blows coming back to him there. Karma, eh.
@An_inquisitive_thinker
They said they saw it, why didnt they help her
@Canuckseditz
Y'all won't believe the outcome from this… actually you might, it's California 😂

@Blockofsoap
YOU SAW HER OUT THE WINDOW AND DIDNT RUN OUTSIDE!?!?! WTF IS WRONG WITH HER
@ccink3931
Ppl are quite harsh on the home-owner. Middle of the night,you're woken out of a dead sleep. They're gone in 10 seconds, before you even got to the door.
Then you have cases like we've had where the neighbours were loud sometimes and it took a few screams to figure out is this their usual noise of something else. This day it turned out to be something else. One was choking the other. My husband screamed Stop, we're calling the police and went to their front door while I called. (We waited outside our house for 45 minutes on a cold night for police to arrive).
They got such a big fright over police coming that they stopped immediately.
The point is, it takes time for the neighbour to process what is happening.
@Juhani139
Only thing I think she could have done, was fight for her life on the porch, to prolong their presence there and buy the home-owner time.
@Juhani139
If a woman did that to a man id be on funniest caught on cam doors.
@xEXx187
I wouldn't want my mother opening her door to that, but you'd think other men would've heard her.
@jackdonovan554
Damn nice job and they all just heard and did nothing
@johnnygonzaga2131
What happened ??
@nicolasrueda4512
I guess some men can defeat some women. Who knew 🤷♂️
@sircharles1248
What was their relationship? Actually?
@jo-anni.benson2806
Did she survive?
@Rae.Jac-Knowledge
This is why domestic violence makes me so angry when people don't take it seriously
@Rae.Jac-Knowledge
Diddy not the only one smh
@beautifullbanksfashionshoe8970
Why would anyone date a dude with such evil, hollow eyes?! 😮😮😮
@sallysailor5642
When seconds count the police are just minutes away. Good thing California disarmed it's citizens
@mikehilbert9349
She was screaming out loud, but no one comes out to save her or do something about it my goodness.
@kitty-vk8ic
You wanted a bad boy, you got one!!!
@YELLOW08Z06

@cypresspuz

@brothadre76

@salvatorsali
PROBABLY AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT
@timmann3869
And to think this happens every day. Most of them are still being abused without anyone knowing.
@Medellin1823
They all the same
@ravenskydragonfly12345
And people always ask why do abuse victims never stand up for themselves will your average person that thinks they would help someone would be too much of a pussy to even help a child if their life was in danger
@NephilimSeth
They witnessed it but didn’t go out to help?
@Emsea444
So no one helped this lady at all when she was running through the neighborhood! The neighbors didn't send the video to cops until 2pm…the next day!!!!! Also. He only got 4 years in 2020…but with covid I'm sure he got out early. POS
@1dg1e
That woman watched this happen and just called the police? Damn. My mother would be out there with a knife and willing to die to help. She may be crazy but she is the right kind of crazy in these situations.
@joebubblegum5755
Yeah he gets a court date cops weren't afraid for thier lives😉
@dorianadams6764
