Do something for your neighbour, the church, the local animal shelter. Start reading, crocheting, travel. Imagine, the whole world is open to you, why don't you use it? Get to know yourself, explore your feelings, learn a new language, do something? of course I cannot speak for everyone, but if your hobbies are gaming and gym, to pretty lonely sports, you just don't have social connections, you know?
